For all regional / rural / remote addresses, your parcel will land in your nearest major city (*) first and then your parcel will be ground transported for final delivery. Please allow an extra 1 - 3 business days on top of the above target delivery for your nearest major city (*) for ground transport. Any parcels shipped via DHL Express that are regional / rural / remote will be delivered by a 3rd party as DHL do not cover these areas with their own courier drivers.

You can opt out of signature required, redirect the parcel to a pickup location, leave the parcel with a neighbour, or pause the delivery if you are away on holiday. This service is No Signature required and is NOT an express courier service. Your parcel will transit through the NZ Post / Aus Post standard mail system and has minimal tracking points.
