All products on our store are protected at minimum by DOA (defective on arrival) warranty against manufacturing defects.

Devices containing electronic circuitry such as vape kits are typically protected against manufacturing defects and faults for an extended period of time after the original purchase date (typically 90 days). Devices that are outside of the 90 day period from date of purchase are not eligable for warranty.

To make a successful warranty claim please keep all product packaging and warranty cards that come with your device. We need the serial number to successfuly make a claim on your behalf to the manufatcurer of the product you have purchased.


Please do not ship the product back to us without confirmation first. As long as your warranty claim adheres to the requirements described above, follow these steps to begin the warranty process.

Step 1

Please contact our support team by clicking the button below and fill out the form to submit a warranty claim. Once you are on the contact page: Select Warranty Claim > Click Email Support > Fill out the form

Step 2

After reviewing your warranty claim submission, we will email you a return label to send the faulty device back to us for inspection. Please follow the instructions in that return email to return the faulty product.

Step 3

Once we receive the faulty item/s we will review and inspect the product/s you’ve returned. If the product or a part of the product is found to be defective, we will issue a replacement of the part that has failed, if a part is not able to be replaced you will be issued a new device (the same device that has been claimed)

If the product is not available for replacement we will issue a full refund of the original item/s purchase price as store credit to the item/s value at the time of your purchase. 

If the problem is found to be the result of user error, or the result of damage through misuse/abuse, then you will be asked to cover the cost to ship the product back to you.
