Customs Delays

There are known delays across all shipping services due to increased inspections by the Australian Border Force (ABF). The combination of the volume of parcels and the ABF raising their audit quota is causing disruption and delays. If your parcel is flagged, you may be required to provide further information to the ABF - if so, they will request this from you directly. Otherwise, if you have not received contact, your parcel is one of the unlucky ones caught up in processing delays.

Aus Post Tracking shows no movement?
If you've contacted Australia Post and they can't provide updates, it's because customs and the ABF haven't handed over your parcel for delivery yet. Your parcel needs to go through customs before it shows up on the Australia Post tracking system.
