Smok Alien 220w Kit

This is my second Alien 220w unit. As my first one is about two years old and has been used daily without skipping a beat I thought it best to get another one just in case. So far the new unit has been working flawlessly and I don’t expect to have any issues with it in the future either as my first one is still going strong. I always use quality batteries and I never charge the batteries in the unit itself. The Smok Alien 220w kit is in my opinion an incredible value for money. I will also like to say a big Thank You to the staff at Cactus Vape, after I had placed my order I had a question which luckily for me was replied to in under an hour and prior to shipping, so customer service is excellent. Shipping was fast, I received my order within two days of ordering. I can highly recommend Caktus Vape and will definitely order more products from them in the future.

Unfortunately for some unknown reason this product malfuntioned on me. The pen started to smoke up and it emited this burning like smell. I didnt realise that the device was actually on fire. I bought this product in on the 25th of November 2018 and its now the 20th of december. So yea not even a month and it malfunctions. After trying to claim on warranty, I realisrd only than that this product came with no serial number what so ever. I guess that what i get for paying close to $80 for a made in China product. Not happy at the.moment.
