Can I buy nicotine e-liquid in Australia?

Yes you can. Under the Personal Importation Scheme (Australian Government Department of Health Therapeutic Goods Administration), Australians can import Nicotine e liquids and Vaping products for personal use from offshore websites like Caktus Vape.

You are allowed to order up to a 3 month supply of nicotine containing e liquid at any one time.

As a 3 month supply really does come down to personal consumption, for reference a 30ml bottle of e liquid should last on average 7 days. This is to be used as a reference only.

What do I need to get started?

We advise that you have a read through our TOP 2 Kits & E Liquid for beginners. Especially those transitioning from Cigarettes to Vaping. Click hereto have a browse.

Due to Shipping Restrictions on loose 18650 batteries we are not able to ship loose 18650 cells to Australia. If the device you purchase requires 18650 cells you will need to purchase these local in Australia.

This only applies to devices that have interchangeable 18650 batteries. All other devices where the batteries are pre installed are fine.

What Coils do i need?

You will find on our coils pages a list of all the devices that coil is compaitble for on the product image itself as well as in the overview tab. Alternatively if you check the coil type inside your device on the coil iteself or in the manual that is in the box of your device. Visit our Coils Page or contact our support team via the chat service or email for further assitance.

What is the cost?

The costs of electronic cigarettes vary depending on the type. Most beginner kits range from $20-$70, intermediate kits usually cost between $60-$120 and advanced kits costs $100 upwards.

In terms of the maintenance cost, it is relatively low. The only items that need to be purchased on the regular are; replacement coils (a 5 pack will usually last you over a month) and your preferred choice of eLiquid.

Frequency of purchase is dependent on you personal use, as the higher the voltage the less the lifespan of the coil head will be and the faster you will go through eLiquid.

What are the shipping options?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 to ALL Australian addresses. For orders under that amount your rate will be calculated on checkout . For more information on shipping please visit our Shipping & Deliveries page

How do I use the products?

The majority of our beginner products are very straightforward to use and have online videos as well as instruction booklets that are useful should you need some help.

Can I Travel or Fly to/within Australia with my Eliquid, E-cigarette or Vaporizer?

If travelling to/within Australia - Yes you can - Australia is fine with you traveling with your eliquid and vaporizer as long as you meet the travel guidelines:

1. Keep all vaporizers / mods / batteries / tanks in your carry on luggage when traveling at all times. (This is mainly due to battery safety on board the aircraft)
2. On international flights; Individual eliquid bottles must not exceed 100ml (The same for all types of liquids on board a flight) place eliquid in your carry on luggage.
3. If asked what any of your kit or eliquid is, tell the truth. Its not illegal in Australia to use or travel with any vape related items.

For traveling outside of Australia the rules are generally the same but its always best to double check with your airline or research online according to your destination.

What is MTL (Mouth to Lung) - DTL (Direct To Lung)?

Mouth To Lung - Vaping with a coil resistance of 1.0ohms and higher will create a hit of vapour inhaled to your mouth which best simulates smoking a real (analogue) cigarette. This is why Starter Kits are basic devices with MTL hits because simulating the same hit as smoking is the best way for someone to kick the habit for good.

Direct To Lung - Vaping with a coil resistance lower than 1.0ohms creates more vapour and requires more power from your device. The increased hit of vapour goes directly to your lungs and can be compared to big draws from shisha.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via pay pal.

What nicotine strength should I choose?

As a beginner coming from cigarettes, we would recommend Med 12mg strength. This is to mimic the harshness of a cigarette and also to provide you with a similar amount of nicotine that you would be used to. For heavy smokers we would recommend High 18mg. If you are wanting to Direct to Lung / Sub Ohm vape we would recommend a max of 6mg of nicotine but preferably 3mg or lower.

What are the ingredients in eLiquids?

  • All E-Liquid consists of Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, flavourings, nicotine
  • Some Juices are 100% VG which means they contain no Propylene Glycol.
  • Max VG does not mean there is no Propyene Glycol in the juice

Propylene Glycol (PG):
- Propylene Glycol is high quality pharmaceutical grade, in combination with the nicotine and flavours this gives you more of a throat hit.

Vegetable Glycerine (VG):
- Glycerine helps to produce more vapour and holds more flavour. VG is thicker in

Is nicotine harmful?

On it’s own nicotine has never been shown to be harmful through scientific research. Much of the negativity surrounding nicotine stems from it’s combination with tobacco cigarettes.

How long does a bottle of E-Liquid last?

A 10ml bottle should last you approximately 2-4 days, A 30ml bottle should last 7-10 days. This is for an average user. A standard tank has a 2ml capacity and this often lasts a whole day for the average user. This is all of course subject to how much you vape and what type of device you use. The higher the wattage the faster you will use the eliquid.

Perfect little starter vape. Nothing complicated. Put your juice in and press the button to vape. Definitely recommend.

Endura T20S

Great compact unit. Really good vaping experience. Battery connection has been a little temperamental but overall top little vape.

Endura T20s versus Endura T18

Received my T20s recently ... very easy to use, no complaints and is a delicious purple colour :) I also have an Endura T18 (actually I have 2, that way I can fill both with my two favourite Blacknote eliquids, Forte and Prelude) I love the T18, it has a slightly tighter draw than the T20s and I really like the coil for the T18 ... it soaks up the eliquid really quickly, ready for use and delivers great flavour too. The batteries in both of these are excellent. So I guess it's just a matter of choice really ... both the Innokin T20s and T18 couldn't be better for those who are trying to give up the dreaded cigarettes ... I took to Vaping like a duck to water after 50 years of smoking when I got my first Innokin Starter Vaping Kit.
